poem's greeting

 

 

Under

 

pieces of clouds floating the blue sky,

 

empty parking lot

 

a poem

 

in the morning

 

riverside restaurant

 

the shaking old table

 

on the river water

 

flowing into the city center     

 

 

meeting these

 

juice

 

omelet

 

orange                                                               

 

stake                              

 

knife and fork,

 

snowflakes

 

become                 

 

jazz melody

 

meal

 

 

with

 

waitress cleaning next door

 

landscape outside the window

 

a glass of wine

 

ride

 

afternoon sunbeam

 

along

 

the tunnel of the long night,

 

enters into a broken world

 

 

And

 

poetry whispers

 

as it runs

 

 

"good morning."
